I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were updated with a new kitchen and spacious bathroom, but they didn't match the pictures on the website. The service was very accommodating and the location was great, although the dining options were limited.

The room I stayed in was updated with a new kitchen and a spacious bathroom, but it was not as appealing as the pictures on the website. Despite that, it had a king-size bed, tables and chairs inside and out on the balcony, and a well-equipped kitchenette overlooking the hot tubs and slopes. However, the discrepancy with the website photos was a surprise.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful during my stay. They went the extra mile to assist me, even opening the next-door apartment for me to use the oven. Their friendliness and attentiveness added to my overall experience.

I had a decent stay overall at this hotel. The room had a great view and was very clean and comfortable, offering everything you need. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive but had a minor slip-up with the map markings. The location couldn't have been better, steps away from City Market and the gondola, perfect for skiers and close to all amenities. The dining experience was convenient with hot sandwiches. A good value for what you get.
